The Siuslaw SWCD is looking for landowners in the Siuslaw estuary who may be interested in applying conservation practices on their tidal wetland. Funding is currently available for projects that address wetland, wildlife habitat, soil, water, and related natural resource concerns on private lands in an environmentally beneficial and costeffective manner. Projects could include the purchase of conservation easements through the Wetland Reserve Program. Contact Gus Gates at the District office for more information.
